We extend our sincere apologies to those Platinum Ticket holders who did not receive their T-shirts as expected. We are in the process of printing additional shirts, with an anticipated arrival within the next 14 days. Rest assured, we will promptly provide an update upon their arrival to obtain postal addresses and dispatch them accordingly.
In acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused by the delay in receiving the shirts, we have decided to include a bonus random shirt with each affected order as a gesture of goodwill.
